1.Technique brief introduction
This precent adopted FBBR and SBBR biogas technics that our company original new technique. At the base of absorbing of overseas practical experience, which combined with biogas fermentation process and considered the need of imputrescibility and tightness for biogas. At the same time we had improved a lot on construction and material. FBBR biogas technics adopted solar calesent setting and inner bionic structure, first separated sandstone from sundries, then into the regulating reservoir, such as dejecta, garbage and sewage. Making the reactor achieved mesothermal(about 35℃) ferment. Exit of the reactor has separate tank for dregs fluid. biogas residue and fluid can be change into solid or fluid bio-organic fertilizer by deep processing after separated. Derectly for high-efficient bio-organic fertilizer, excrescent biogas fluid can be recycling or letting rationally by biological treatment.

二、工程规模:
山东金鑫公司、辽宁秋实公司、青海张氏集团、大寨农牧公司种猪场等家的沼气工程为例作以下介绍,他们都是日产1000m3的沼气工程项目; 总池容积为1350m3,其中主反应器1000m3,进出间、调节池、沉淀池计200 m3,后处理池计50 m3、渣液池100 m3。日处理干清粪20T。恒温(35℃)日产气约1000m3左右(根据原料中的有机成份变化),自身加耗气常年约150 m3,沼气工程部分总占地约 600m2;另如制肥,制肥部分占地约 1500m2。
三、造价:
(一)、半砼半塑结构(不含制肥、发电)
设备、土建、温室主体工程合计:180万元
(二)、折叠式结构(不含制肥、发电)
发生器、设备、土建、温室主体工程合计:120万元
注:1.不含税费和设备运输费。
2.不含围墙及绿化和道路。
3.如给用户供气每户管网(含主管网及灶具和表)约3000元/户(管网远近不同,造价不等),500户约为150万元,指导施工。
(三)、发电设备(发电90kw)
设备、土建、净化增压主体工程合计:30万元
(四)、制肥设备(年产1万吨)
设备、土建、厂房等主体工程合计:150万元
四、施工步骤:
1、调节池等开挖修整,支模现浇混凝土。
2、各池子粉刷及防渗漏处理。
3、发生器或集气罩、储气袋、配套设备的生产制造及装配。
4、增压净化系统,沼气恒温加热系统,系统控制器的制造及安装。
5、试水试压、投料启动、运行调试。
6、总工期约为3个月。
